Appointments cancelled/rescheduled
less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% fee of total service booked.
Missed appointments will result in a 100% fee of total service booked. Attempt to cancel/reschedule at appointment start time are considered a no-show.
SPA | Your provider reserves the right to not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time. Late arrivals without prior communication will be considered a no-show.
MOBILE | If you are running late to your mobile appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts, and/or not available to let your artist in to the agreed upon mobile location, your artist reserves the right to leave the mobile location and not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show.
Males of any age and girls under the age of 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointment. No exceptions.
As much as we love furry friends, please leave your pets at home. It is against TDLR regulations for animals to be inside a salon unless it is a service animal.
Due to safety reasons and insurance purposes, we are unable to have children in the salon during an appointment unless they are being serviced. We do not have the facilities to care for children and do not provide child supervision.
All single tans, memberships, packages, and retail item purchases are non-refundable.
When you book your first appointment, you will be automatically added to our respective email and text message lists. This allows us to send you reminders about your appointment(s) and promotional messages about the salon, product updates, and discounts.
